Can you take over IT systems set up by someone else?

Yes — most of our engagements start exactly that way. We begin with a full audit of your servers, hosting, domains and firewall, document everything we find, and take over management without disrupting what already works.

Do you support both Windows and Linux environments?

Yes. We host, set up and manage both Windows and Linux servers, and many of our clients run a mix. Domain registration, SSL management and traffic analysis are included on either platform.

What does "responsive support" actually mean?

A helpdesk that answers, not a ticket queue that ages. Urgent issues are worked immediately, and when remote access isn't enough we send an engineer to your site — our whole team is based in Kuwait, so on-site means hours, not days.

Do we need a full security overhaul, or can you work in stages?
